Shyamsundar Sahoo started his career by dreaming of becoming an electrical engineer, but his true love lies in the magic of his hands when he enters the kitchen. In a world full of junk foods, he chose to make “Dalma” a healthy and tasty cuisine of Odisha that is internationally reckonable.
From humble beginnings to food festivals, he blends tradition with innovation, serving Dalma in ways the world has never seen. His mission? To place Odia food on the global map, making it as celebrated as Sushi, Pizza, or Pasta.
